ParkMyCloud provides Admins with the ability to configure (shared) system level notifications for system errors, system maintenance and updates, user actions, parking actions, policy actions, and/or resource shutdown warning across all teams or for selected teams. Notifications can be configured to be received via several methods:
When enabled, admins will receive notifications regarding activity in ParkMyCloud based on configured selections via the configuration notification method (slack, webhook, etc.). User Notifications may also be managed from this screen.
A custom webhook may be set up to accept any specified URL for a custom notification integration where a JSON formatted message will be sent to the destination for authentication.
